Foot problems (heel
pains)
Cracks:

Many
suffer from numbness in the feet, burning, cracks.

As
age advances,nervous weakness, urinary bladder problems, B.P., Diabetes,
Anemia, vitamin deficiencies, etc., causes burning in the soles, cracks are
identified as the main factors.

Cracks
in soles are more in females but now a daysit’s found in almost everyone.
·
Much
heat in the body, less moisture, working long hours in water or dust may also
be a cause.
·
In
winter this problem gets severe. It’svery troublesome to put one’s feet down.
Eczema on the feet:

One
of the common skin diseases is eczema.

Also
known as dermatitis begins as a blisters with redness and swellingof
surrounding skin.

Then
these blisters burst open and fluid discharges.
·
After
few days, these blistering dry out and change to thin layers.
·
In
chronic cases, due to improper treatment, skin becomes thick and leads to many
symptoms.
Causes and triggers:

Genetic
defects causing this skin disease is accompanied by some triggering factor is
common.
·
In
few types of grass plants, industrial chemicals, some creams, perfumes,
medicines, bacteria, fungal infections, etc., are the main causes.
·
Severe
heel pain whichreduces its intensity gradually; without neglecting this
conditionit’s better to take precautions.
